“Staff were really helpful and kind. Room was immaculate, bathroom was spotless and linens were high-quality and pristine. Bed was comfy, and some nice touches like local treats and toiletries. The breakfast was really good quality and reasonably priced.
Biggest downside is that the room was cramped— we were on a several-day trip, so it was hard to manage our large suitcases in the space. Would have also helped to have some more hooks or something to hang clothes and towels from.

“Right in the heart of the Barbican this is a lovely modern apartment in a historic looking building. I loved that the hallway and stairs that lead to the apartment, and the apartment itself were adorned with the artwork of a local artist. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!”
“I rarely write reviews, but the service at this hotel was exceptional and deserves recognition. An issue with the booking - not their fault at all - was swiftly and calmly dealt with by a lovely member of staff - unfortunately I didn’t get her name - but she went the extra mile to ensure that I wasn’t disappointed. And I wasn’t. The room was lovely, and spotlessly clean. Every other member of staff I met showed the same smiling, happy, can-do attitude. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble.

"Stort hotell nära järnvägsstationen. Stora och rymliga rum. Traditionell engelsk frukost. Restaurangen serverade även lunch och middag. Rätt långt gångavstånd till de mysiga hamnkvarteren men nära det nya och sevärda muséet The Box."
"Hotellet är fräscht och ligger perfekt i Plymouth, enkelt att parkera. Väldigt skön säng. Det vi saknade på rummet var en stol och litet kylskåp. Frukost såg jättefin ut, väldigt trevliga lokaler och extra bonus för att de tillåter hundar. Vi bor gärna på Moxy igen. "
