“I am literally not happy with the kind of emergency situation we had to go through . We vacated on June 6 th itself as our plans immediately changed . I reached out to everyone but no one helped me to refund the remaining days. This is not good at alll . even after taking the insurance did not help me . Moreover owner was not ready to accommodate this . This is really a bad experience for me .”

“ The cabin was absolutely lovely and in a very peaceful spot. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to cook a nice meal. My son and I enjoyed our stay very much, it was a charming cabin! ”

“Stay here regularly due to walking distance to Renfro Valley New Barn for concerts. Most recent stay was disappointing, mini fridge did not work, rooms are getting tired, marks on wall, hot in hallways. Funky odor around first floor ice and vending, 2nd floor had no working vending and no ice machine. Breakfast is all prepackaged microwave, toaster, minimal healthy choices. The staff is always friendly and helpful but facility does not meet expectations for Baymont.”
