“Don't be dissuaded by the fact that this used to be an old hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and appointed. The lobby is reminiscent of an Art Deco bar in Miami. Pony up to the bar for a crafted cocktail or morning cappuccino. Berkshires Untold is just five minutes from the shops and restaurants in Lenox and a short distance to Great Barrington, Pittsfield, Lee and Stockbridge.”

“While this is a good value for the money for a one bedroom with separate kitchenette and living area, this is basically 2nd or 3rd rate for a timeshare unit. Couch is uncomfortable to sit on and bed isn't the best. Didn't provide some very basics, such as dish soap to wash dishes and pans which are provided (luckily, we brought our own).”

“Room was clean. AC was efficient. staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was passable, a few choices. Gym was small and limited but got the job done. All the basics you’d expect from a Quality Inn, plus a great location right in downtown! ”
