Unfortunately, it is clear that you live in a former business premises. The ”apartment” itself is fine. I would have liked more curtains so it is dark when you sleep. “Access is by a key safe on the external wall. When I arrived 20 mins after the time I had provided there were no keys in the safe. It took 2 telephone calls and a wait of 20-30 mins to get access. Superficially the flat was clean. But the under cupboard kitchen lights were not working. Following the wire back I found a connection on the top of the cupboards. The area was coated in dust.
