“This is a perfect location for those who want access to OCMD but don't want to actually stay in OCMD. The property was as listed, and was very clean up on check in. The owner was extremely responsive with questions and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. ”

“The house was very nice!Close to everything and the neighborhood was very nice. The access to multiple pools and a beach club were very nice options. The house was very clean with amenities that we forgot to bring. Would definitely like to go back!!!!”

“We loved it! Quiet neighborhood, no other houses right on top of you. AC worked great. All the amenities of home. Bottled water and enough coffee for 6 days in the kitchen. Nice fire pit and charcoal grill. Bed and couch very comfortable, which is very important. Close to downtown Berlin, a short drive to OC and Assateague state park. ”

“The location is close to the beach but in a neighborhood so not the traffic of staying in the boardwalk. House had everything that was needed. Would definitely stay there again ”

“This rental was perfect for my family to spend a few days near Assateague and Ocean City. The kitchen was well-organized and had everything we needed and the living room was stocked with more games than we knew what to do with, but was not cluttered. The house was extremely clean when we arrived and everything worked as it should. The location is perfect as a base to explore Assateague and Ocean City. We would absolutely stay here again. ”
