Suggest perimeter ant control be applied periodically. Removal of some of the saplings along the edges of the driveway would allow easier access in/out. Would recommend monthly cleaning of gutters- we endured some heavy rainstorm due to the hurricane and the water just went right over the gutters because they were plugged full of pine...
