The space
We continue to insert Covid-19 protocols and are asking guests to arrive an hour later [4pm]. And we want weekend to weekend only reservations in the Summer and usually a six-night minimum. With almost 3000 sq ft to relax and with nice porches and decks, Robin Hood Retreat is your family vacation oasis. Beautiful, clean home with four Large King Bedrooms and a Large Open Loft with two Trundle Twin Beds.

Two Master King Bedrooms with on Suite Full Bathrooms on the first floor along with a half bath; The second-floor hall full bath hosts Two more King Bedrooms and the Large Open Loft containing Two Twin Beds with Trundles below. The home sleeps ten well and with multiple seating areas both indoors and outdoors allow guests to spread out, relax, refresh and spend quality time. The house has 3 Big Screen TVs (LR, FR & Loft) with Full Comcast Xfinity Signature Plus with DVR so as not to miss your favorite shows, Two of the Bedrooms have 32-inch Roku TVs for your evening viewing pleasure. There is also Xfinity's Gigabit Internet Wi-Fi Service

Gourmet Kitchen, fully stocked with Pots & Pans; Plates & Utensils; Toaster & Microwave; as well as Two types of Coffee Makers (Keurig & Hamilton Beach Flex Brew)

Enclosed, Three Season Sunroom; Deck with Picnic Table and Brick patio with New Grill as well as a storage box containing beach chairs & Umbrellas.

Professionally and weekly maintained landscaping in the Sherwood Forest Section of the Southern Ocean Pines Community.

Ocean Pines is filled with "pay to play" amenities, such as golf, tennis courts, and swimming pools. There are several kayak launches and Trails throughout the Community as well as many free events such as the weekly Farmers Market Saturday's 8am-1pm through October. Perfect for family vacations, weekend getaways, golf outings, or extended family gatherings.

2 Car garage is not available to the tenants, however upwards of four cars can be parked off the street in the concrete driveway.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house [less garage]; the house includes family board games, spacious backyard, large off street driveway. The home is tastefully decorated in a beach theme, comfortable furniture, open spaces, modern conveniences and attention to detail.

Clean bed linens and towel sets provided for guests.

Locally bike, kayak and paddle board rentals and all the community activities (some have small fee$). Ocean Pines amenities include tennis, basketball, bocce courts, hiking/biking trails, community pools, playgrounds, live music, movie nights, farmers market, golf, marinas and boat ramp, skateboard park and local dining/shopping.
Other things to note
The Garage is off limits to guests. Owners use that space for themselves. Plenty of parking in the driveway . Upwards of 4 cars are possible but somewhat uncomfortable jockeying double parked cars
