“Most everything about our stay was fine, but then the morning we were leaving we went down for the free breakfast (6-9) am, we went at 7:15, passed a couple of guys on the stairs bringing up food stacked high on 2 places, from the breakfast. Got to the main floor to find most of the food was one and were told there were NO CUPS for us to have coffee. No apology or explanation ”

“I had a reservation and when I arrived I was told that they were under renovation and they had no available rooms and I didn’t even get to ask for verification or proof of that. The front desk person was rude and disrespectful while someone that was staying there was sitting in the lobby with him and talking about how his microwave was not working and drinking alcohol. I have disputed the charge, made a claim, have travel insurance and still have not received a refund. Meanwhile I had to pay for...
