This delightful property offers four gorgeous bedrooms with two queen beds, king single bunks and two king single beds spread over two levels. The open plan kitchen and dining area is the perfect spot to gather your group for a lovely home-cooked meal prepared using the Smeg appliances, overlooking the large back garden and local countryside whilst staying toasty warm by the combustion fireplace. The separate living area boasts an incredible stone fireplace and cozy couches, making it the perfect spot for lounging around reading a book, playing board games or watching Netflix.

Located within a short walk to the Berridale town centre, you can make the most of the great coffee shops, boutique stores and wine tasting at Shut the Gate Wines. The home is also the perfect base to explore the best of the surrounding Snowy Monaro region, being less than an hour's drive to the ski resorts of Thredbo and Perisher and to hiking and mountain biking in the Kosciusko National Park, and only 20 minutes to fishing at Lake Jindabyne and mountain biking at the Mt Gladstone Mountain Bike Park and Jindabyne trails.

Well Located & Equipped Property

The 2 storey property is located midway between Cooma and Jindabyne. We stayed 7 nights with a party of 4 adults and 2 children. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, including generous provisions of basic supplies. Full size Fridge/freezer worked well as did the washing machine located in a room adjacent to the house. Single bathroom/toilet is spacious & was manageable with our group. TV & wifi worked well. Bedding was comfortable and the area is quiet. House is set at the back of the block about 50 metres from the road. Single vehicle access is available via a narrow drive. Street parking is available for multiple vehicles. Communication with McGrath, the property agent, regarding the booking and payment were efficient and precise. Would stay again.
