“Perfect little home for a family stay, whilst visiting the South Coast. Eden was very accommodating with me during the whole process, and was able to adjust my booking to add on the extra night that I planned last minute. When we arrived to the home, we were greeted with a bowl of KitKats, the fire place was on and toasty and the welcome music was just a gorgeous touch! “Nice little place. Good location, great big yard and very quiet. Short walk to the beach and shop. Rear covered patio is nice. Bathroom would benefit from a bit of work. Bath and shower need resurfacing and toilet seat looks ancient. A bit more attention to cleaning under beds and lounges is needed. Overall well equipped and comfortable.”

“Beautiful beach views. But access to the beach is not easy down a steep slope. The house was very clean but the decor is dated and the lack of a dishwasher is unacceptable as surely common place in a family home. The entrance to the property from the street is dangerous as the gate has to be manually opened while the car is still in the way of traffic. On our last day we were awoken at 7am by heavy duty construction next door which went on all day. The host said he was unaware of construction...

“ Very poor service from the property manager. Dishwasher did not work for the 13 nights we stayed. We told them on day one and chased them up a number of times to no avail. Excuse they gave was we can’t do anything until we contact the owner. Also refused to reimburse an agreed amount we paid in case we had visitors. The manager refused to do anything until we lodged a complaint. The house however was very nice and would have got 5 stars”

“We enjoyed our stay, as did our dogs. House is fantastic for doggos. They had a great time! Being fully fenced made it nice and secure for them. House is a little more tired than it looks in photos (outdoor areas especially). Kitchen is fantastic and great to have new shiny bathrooms. ”
