“Very mislead, images look a lot nicer than the actual place, rooms were disgusting, cigar bud ash marks all over the bed sheet. Outside my door the staff were yelling and arguing, I decided to just make the 4 hour drive home instead of staying there, may have lost $70 but I did not feel safe there. I would recommend avoiding unless you have no other choice.”

“This hotel is really run down. The carpet needs to be replaced and the whole place smells pretty bad. The breakfast Friday morning tasted pretty bad, but Saturday morning was much better. It was close to Sliver Dollar City and that was nice.”

“Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. ”

“This property is hugh. It has a real nice decor. The rooms are very nice. Indoor pool is well kept. The breakfast bar has plenty of choices and there is plenty of tables. ”

“The parking lot was a little broken up. The room was nice and clean and the staff at the front desk was super friendly. The breakfazt was just cereal, muffins, and oatmeal but for the price you pay you can go and eat breakfast anywhere. Good location and the ac was great.”

“We checked in on Tuesday April 7 th , it was very smooth and stress free Thanks to Tamara she was able to get us show tickets and get us into Dolly Stampede that very night! We have stayed here before and we would definitely choose this place again. They are able to get discounted show tickets which is amazing and the breakfast buffet is absolutely the best Ive ever had with so much variety and staff were so good and attentive. “I returned for a second time after a great time the first time I was there. Staff is very kind and helpful. There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so...
