âWe just loved everything about our stay at Kayumanis. We were a bit unlucky with the weather due to that it was rainy season it rained quite a lot all the time. We could think of worse places to stay though. We had some problems with bugs hence to the rain. They came in numbers after the heavy showers, but the staff did a great work helping us so after a whiles wait we didnÂŽt have any problem at all. "Very nice and affordable 5 star place in the middle of everything. Saves time and money since you dont need the daily transfers m you otherwise typically need. And keep in mind Ubud traffic is the definition of chaotic (in a charming kind of way).

The reception staff we talked to initially was very nonchalant and we did not feel welcomed. The rooms are worn by age and it is obvious the place has seen better days. If you want a cozy, relaxing jungle visit I suggest a more modern resort. If you want more action I suggest booking something closer to Ubud as the daily shuttle service is always delayed by traffic."
