“This property was very close to the Gallery Walk, and other local attractions. The location is certainly a great feature. The condition of the house is not poor, however it is not excellent either. There is one couch (plus 2 armchairs), and the couch was torn and uncomfortable. The fence is in a state of disrepair. Bit of noise from the street, but not terrible. Overall the property was clean and neat, just a few things letting it down.”

“The house is large and lovely, has plenty of space to relax and achieve zen.... until you want to cook. The house sleeps upto 15 people but you couldn't cook or reheat a meal for that many people despite the kitchen being large and having a 900mm induction cooktop. All cookware but 2 frypans were not suitable for induction and they were small. Quiet, private with ample parking in the area. Very comfortable, specious, with morning sun on the veranda, great river breezes and school rowing 4's and 8's use the creek for training which adds to the atmosphere.
