3 minuters promenad till Private Beach (Middlesex Beach ligger intill Bethany Beach)

Njut av detta vackra hem med en privat 1 hektar stor trädgård och gott om parkering utanför gatan! En tre minuters promenad till den privata, livräddade Middlesex Beach. När du har vant dig vid den oförstörda stranden kommer du aldrig att vilja gå till en offentlig strand igen !!! Middlesex Beach har vacker sand, prisbelönta livräddare, inga folkmassor och alkohol är tillåtet !! Surffiske är tillåtet före 10:00 och efter 17:00.

Detta 7 år gamla hus är tillgängligt för en lördag till lördag uthyrning och är bara ett och ett halvt kvarter till stranden. Huset har en nyligen tillagd stor skärm veranda med bord och samtals sittplatser.

Första våningen inkluderar: pentry (allt utom ugnen), matsal, vardagsrum, sovrum med badrum, två (2) extra sovrum, badrum, skärmad veranda.
Andra våningen innehåller: kök, matsal, vardagsrum, 1/2 badrum, sovrum med fullt badrum, 10x27 däck.
Tredje våningen inkluderar: sovrum med badrum, tre (3) extra sovrum och ett badrum

Njut av WIFI i hela huset. Koppla av i vardagsrummet med en stor platt-TV, Blue Ray DVD-spelare och en drottningsbar soffa.

Middlesex Beach består av återvändsgränder, så det finns ingen trafik. Detta tillåter ett trevligt trevligt samhälle perfekt för promenader eller låta barnen ta cykelturer.

Det finns gott om sevärdheter inom gångavstånd (stuga Cafe, The Boathouse, Pizzeria, Glass, McDonald's, Chinese Food, Subway, Sandy Pony Donuts, Dunkin Donuts, Liquor Store, Walgreens, etc.) och Bethany Beach Boardwalk är bara en kort cykeltur bort. Rehoboth Beach och Ocean City, MD är också bara en kort bilresa bort.

our golf group had a fantastic time. the house had plenty of room for 10 players. we especially enjoyed the variety of games in the garage. we only encountered a couple minor problems but Sean was very responsive to correcting them.it was an enjoyable trip, the golf courses were great, a bit expensive but well worth the experience. all in all, I wouldn't hesitate to use Sean's home in the future.

Thanksgiving Loveliness

This house is truly a gem. We enjoyed every part of it. It is spacious, and open but you will not feel separated. If you like the pictures attached to the advertisement trust me, you will love the property when you arrive. The pictures cannot show the awe factors. It was 18 of us and none of us slept on the pullout sofa’s. We did turn the twin bedroom to a King bedroom by putting the beds together with the king mattress pad and you couldn’t tell the difference. The bunk room works well if you have a few teenagers. The only negative, the cleaning person is not that great. We were a little prepared for that. We purchased our own sheets and cleaning supplies to clean our areas. The property agent Sean is great. He is very responsive if you have questions. You cannot go wrong with this property. It is directly across the street from the beach. Even though we were at the house for Thanksgiving we did visit the beach which is beautiful I must say.

Great Family Vacation

Our family vacation was June 29-July 6. We had previously vactioned in Bethany Beach for 25 summers, but our tradition ended when our children were in college and then starting their careers and their families. We have happily revived the Bethany vacation traditon and this home was perfect for our group of 18 including 10 adults and 8 children aged 7 mos to 9 years. The home was clean and tidy. The three levels provided separation when needed but the common areas were spacious enough for our entire family, the screened porch and sunny deck provided ample outdoor spaces and the game room was perfect for the kids. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and there are plenty of plates and silverware for large family meals. The downstairs kitchenette provided a much needed second refridgerator. This home has an ideal location - close to the private access-controlled beach and an easy drive or healthy walk to the boardwalk. Owners answered questions promptly and the check in process was easy. We hope to stay in this home again for our future Bethany vacations and watch our grandchildren build thier own Bethany Beach memories.

Another great Middlesex Beach vacation!

This is our third summer staying a week in this home in Middlesex Beach. Sean is a very accommodating host and the house is always clean. Proximity to the beach is great- it is about 200yds away from the house. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood that is great for walks, family bike rides, etc. Highly recommend!

Amazing, well equipped home

Our group had such an amazing time staying at this home. There was enough space for all to have comfortable sleeping arrangements, and there was plenty of fun games for us to enjoy. I highly recommend this home for any large energetic groups.

A Perfect Getaway!

Our stay at Sean and Dana's house was fantastic! The place was spotlessly clean, and everything we needed was provided. It easily accommodated our group with ample space to move around. Great time in Bethany Beach

This property fit the needs of our large family with enough bedrooms for all. The game room was a big hit and the short walk to the beach was just what we were hoping for. Another great stay in Middlesex Beach!

This was our second family trip with a large group to Sean's home in Middlesex Beach, DE (between Bethany Beach & South Bethany). The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood that is a 3 minute walk from a private (NON CROWDED) beach. The neighborhood itself is perfect for bike riding with kids, morning/evening walks, etc. The house is clean, roomy, and big enough that our group never felt cramped. Sean is one of the best property owners we've come across in terms of communication and ease of rental. We highly recommend this home for a larger family vacation, groups, etc, and we have already booked our trip for 2024.

Perfect for getting family together!!

This was a perfect space for our large family get together! The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable appliance and tool needed to prepare an amazing Thanksgiving feast. Lots of space for everyone to be comfortable and for the kids to play. We were able to get over to the boardwalk which was a very short drive but it was too cold to enjoy the beach although we did walk down to see the water. This was really a great space and an amazing location!

The Perfect Vacation

Sean & Dana, Sean and Dana's home was the perfect home for our fall trip. The home was perfect for our large group and was really equipped for all our needs. Some of the biggest highlights were the fact there was 3 master bedrooms, 2 kitchens and the big game room. I would highly recommend this house to anyone, the pictures don't do justice. Sean and Dana also accommodated our last minute requests and they were respectful. I would highly recommend them and their place :)

Celebrating 75

We were a group of 17 High School friends who get together to celebrate milestone birthdays…this house was perfect for us. We mostly ate in so the two kitchens and two refrigerators were filled. We gathered in the upper living area and deck. Enjoyed the corn hole in the garage. Short walk to the beach with chairs from the shed was so handy. Thanks to the host for providing linens and a well appointed home. Everyone raved how perfect the house was for our group.
