“The house was very clean and well maintained. We were a group of 13 and there was adequate space for everyone to have their own space when needed and space to come together as a whole. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again. The only problem was that the AC on the third level went out but management brought in two portable AC’s to keep the rooms up there cool. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Waters Edge - the house was large enough for our entire family - the deck and screened in porch was beautiful - the kitchen was well equipped - each bedroom has a private bathroom which was great and the upstairs master suite bathroom was especially great - the pool was lovely - my only comment is about the 250 steps to the ocean - which is not an easy walk especially with children - you need to cross a very busy road without a crosswalk to get to the beach ... you...

“We had a great stay at this home. Plenty of room and a great quiet layout for the bedrooms. We got a lot of use out of the many different decks. The proximity to the beach is amazing and we also loved playing pickleball on the neighborhood courts. ”

“Unit was clean and comfortable and equipped with many recreation items like bikes and beach chairs. Located near the clubhouse facilities which are excellent and the indoor pool came in handy on a stormy day. Beautiful beaches are only a short drive or bike ride away. Not a fan of TV’s that only have streaming services. Difficult to sort through and find out which, if any, have active subscriptions. Instructions for that would have been helpful. ”
