Bethany Beach 3-BR Townhouse med pool och tennis - gångavstånd till stranden!

Välkommen till vår underbara Bethany Beach 3 sovrum / 2. Radhus med 5 badrum - ligger inom gångavstånd till stranden och strandpromenaden. Detta radhus ligger i det lugna bostadssamhället The Villas of Bethany West, bara några steg från en mängd olika restauranger och shopping.

Vårt rena, uppdaterade kök innehåller alla apparater, en frukostbar och till och med en tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Den rymliga vardags- / matplatsen har TV, öppen spis, WiFi och massor av bekväma sittplatser.

De tre sovrummen ligger alla på andra våningen. Det finns ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng och två andra sovrum med två enkelsängar vardera. Varje sovrum har sin egen platt-TV. Det finns en utdragbar soffa i vardagsrummet för extra sömn.

Huset får gott om naturligt solljus. En stor avskärmad veranda från baksidan av huset bidrar till bostaden. Verandan har högt i tak, takfönster, takfläkt, utomhusdusch, sittplatser för minst 8 och en garderob fylld med ytterligare strandstolar och förnödenheter. En kolgrill och 3 cyklar tillhandahålls också för din njutning!

Det lugna bostadssamhället har en stor pool tillsammans med en separat barnpool, tennis- / picklebollbanor och basketboll - allt bara några steg från huset (precis utanför verandadörren!) och utan extra kostnad! Det finns också enkel tillgång till ett vackert Salt Pond med en docka för att lansera din kajak eller kanot. Gå, cykla, köra eller hoppa på Bethany Beach Trolley för en enkel resa till stranden eller staden.

Vi har ägt hemmet i många år, och älskar att semester här också! Som ett resultat tillhandahåller vi föremål som andra hyror kanske inte har, till exempel cyklar, grill, leksaker och spel för barn, böcker / tidskrifter, strandstolar och ett fullt utrustat kök.

Detta hus är rökfritt och inga husdjur tillåtna. Vi ser fram emot att välkomna dig!

Great location! We walked, biked, and drove to the beach. Good restaurants across the street and within 3 minute walk. Pool and pickle ball courts directly behind the house for easy access.

Family beach trip 2024

We had a wonderful family beach trip at 719D Treetop Lane. We enjoyed the living space, dining for at least 8, well equiped kitchen, screend in porch with furniture, outdoor shower, access to the swimming pool and tennis courts and bikes. The location is fantastic - within walking distance to DiFebo's Restaurant and Market as well as Grotto Pizza and the beach. Trolley stop right outside our door - awesome way to get to get to the beach without the hassle of parking. Grandkids loved it! Loved having a washer/dryer off the kitchen, 2 1/2 baths definitely a plus. Would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Great rental

Loved everything about this rental but were very disappointed we weren’t given first shot at renting same weeks next year so will have to find another great rental next year. Great location, home was clean and had everything we needed. Even learned how to use a charcoal grill.

Lovely End Unit Townhome

We found this property to be clean, well appointed, within walking distance to restaurants, markets, trolly stop and the beach. 4 bikes with locks in excellent condition provided. The community has a pool and tennis courts. The pool was not opened but looks lovely. We cannot wait to return this August with family and grandchildren.

Loved this house!

The house is very nice, comfortable, and clean. We had 2 adults and 3 children in our group, and each of us had our own bed. There are 2 full baths and powder room, which is a huge convenience with 5 people. The location is great! There are a few restaurants right at the end of the street. It is a little bit of a walk or bike ride to the beach, so we chose to drive/park since it was off-season…if we were to stay during the season, we would just bike or use the trolley to go to the beach. The community is tucked away with tennis courts and a pool, which are both very nice! The owner’s communication was great! We had a tropical storm coming our way, so we were in touch a few times. I really appreciate his kindness and helpfulness while we navigated the weather situation!! We will absolutely stay here again!! :)

Quick Family Beach Trip

This property was perfect for our family and the quality of service was amazing. There were toys and games...Legos and Beat the Parents! Thank you, saved the day once... comfortable beds for all and a wonderful location. We enjoyed the pool, the trolly, and walking from town in the evening. It also felt special to be welcomed somewhere that the owners family had enjoyed for decades. We hope to be back for a longer stay next summer. You won't be disappointed booking this stay in Bethany Beach.

Very comfortable stay

We enjoyed the townhome - it was spacious and well laid out. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen. It was close to restaurants and supermarkets- walking distance to some. The beach is a little less than a mile away - we walked but the trolley also comes by often. The pool in the complex was lovely - it may have been our toddler’s favorite part of the trip. The owner is very responsive.

Absolutely Perfect!

From the interaction with the owner to the smallest of details in the home, this was by far one of our best vacations. The house is in a great location; close enough to the beach to ride a bike or take the trolley that stops out front every 15 minutes, a hop and a skip from the pool and walking distance to restaurants. We brought our kayaks and went out every morning. We ate and puzzled on the screened in porch and enjoyed the state of the art sound system and the frogs. This was a great trip!

Very nice house and host.

The property was very nice and exactly as described unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. Hurricane Ian caused the neighborhood to flood but the owners of the property were very helpful and understanding. I would recommend this property.

Excellent place to stay!

This home is amazing! It was so clean and SO ORGANIZED! We had everything we needed and it was more organized than any place we've stayed before. Comfy furniture and bed. Quiet, even with the pool and tennis courts nearby - which was a treat! So very happy to have been able to stay at such a comfy, clean, convenient home.

Love this place!

Been coming to this house for 25 years! Love it… love the location and the property is so well maintained! Pool is a few steps away. Beach less than a mile, access for kayaks into the salt Pond. Trolley stop right outside door. Owners are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Great family trip

We had a wonderful week at this property. We had great communication with Matt before and during the stay and we really appreciated how well stocked the house was. There were so many extras not normally found in a rental property — it felt like you were staying at a friend’s house. Lovely little townhome in a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking and walking distance to restaurants. We were in town for a weekend in April so didn't get to use the outdoor amenities as we'd have liked but the place was great and we would definitely stay there again!

A Gem in Bethany

Matt was responsive and very accommodating. He allowed us an earlier check-in time as the property was clean and ready for use. I cooked 2 meals during our 2 night stay and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything I needed. The property is so close to center Bethany yet tucked back just enough off the main road to give you the feeling that you are away from everything. The decor of the house was exactly what you want when you are away at the beach. Trust all the positive reviews because this property certainly is a gem!

Cozy and Welcoming

The townhome fits the best of both worlds for a family vacation - close enough to the beach with the additional amenities of lovely pool and tennis courts. Although the upstairs is a bit small, the downstairs is perfect - especially the screened-in porch. Owners have stocked the place extremely well - from cleaning supplies to kids' games. Great place to vacation.
