Things to know: Recreation passes for use of the pool and tennis courts are $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day and may be purchased at the Clubhouse near the back pool. Guests will be required to provide a copy of their lease at the Clubhouse when purchasing recreation passes. Recreation pass fees are subject to change at any time by the community. Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
