Step inside to find a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a cozy living room with a TV for entertainment, and comfortable bedrooms featuring king, queen, and twin bed options. Enjoy the convenience of amenities such as a washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron, and 2 zone central AC to ensure a comfortable stay. Take in stunning water views from the wrap around deck and grill up a delicious meal on the ground level gas grill overlooking a beautiful back yard with fire-pit . The waterfront location offers a serene setting, perfect for enjoying the nearby ocean breeze. Conveniently located on the canal, bring your kayak or paddle board and utilize a 20ft dock with 5ft lower section for easy access to your water sport crafts and crab or fish after obtaining a fishing license. After fishing or a day on the beach, enjoy easy clean up with our convenient outdoor shower and changing area. After the short 5 –minute walk you will find easy beach access and life guards on duty 9am -5pm everyday from May 15th – September 15th. Access to the beach is is on almost every block. Bethany Beach boardwalk, with endless shops, restaurants, arcade, indoor mini-golf, concerts, bonfire nights and movie nights is only 1.5 miles away. A 5- minute drive to Fenwick Island, 10 -minute drive to Ocean City Maryland and 35- minute drive to Assateague State Park with it’s famous wild horses that roam the beach, ensuring something for everyone on your vacation. With a variety of family-friendly activities, and an array of restaurants and shops nearby, this home is the ideal spot for creating lasting memories with your loved ones. We loved My Blue Haven!

Beautiful house! Everything is brand new and well designed. It's the perfect layout for 2 families with 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 on the first. The walk to the beach was easier than we expected and the provided beach cart and chairs were great. We enjoyed the back deck and the amazing outdoor shower! Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend!!

Myself and my friends had such an amazing stay at this beach house! It’s in a perfect location—just a short five-minute walk to the beach and so close to everything Bethany Beach has to offer. We loved being able to ride bikes to the boardwalk, spend the day kayaking, and explore all the great local shops and restaurants nearby. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and really well taken care of. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun-filled 3 day stay. The layout was great for spending time together, and we appreciated all the little touches that made it feel like home. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Stay at South Bethany

We’ve rented in the area the last few years and this was our favorite house so far. The house is extremely clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals and eat in when we wanted to. We traveled with a 2 and 4 year old and they had plenty of space to play with some toys from home, relax on the deck and patio spaces safely. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very clean and beds were comfortable. One of my favorite parts of this house was the under the deck storage for all of our beach gear and the outdoor shower. It was such a huge help to use the outdoor shower to remove all of the sand before heading inside. It really helped to keep sand out of the house and keep things clean. We would absolutely recommend this house to others and we would stay again when we visit the area next year.
