Very relaxing
The house is perfectly located in that it is across from the tennis/pickleball facility, across from the tram stop, easy walk to the marketplace,pools, and the beach. The two ponds near the home are stocked w bass which was a treat for my son who is learning to fish. The community is very quiet which we loved. Many walking paths and bike paths along with pools for when you tire of the beach, if possible. For our young teenagers they loved the autonomy they had being ableTo go to Dunkin in the morning, take the tram to the beach, fish in the pond, and go to the marketplace on their own. (We also had long conversations about safety, strangers, and sticking together). The home is dated. However, think of it as retro and you are fine. The linens are fresh and the home is clean. There is an electric coffee pot not a Keurig, good to know. The kitchen is tiny but the goal is not to be spending a crazy amount of time in the kitchen while on vaca. There are no hooks in the master bathroom which is annoying. That would be a great upgrade especially when two people are sharing a bathroom. As was mentioned already the community is very quiet and people keep to themselves which a a vacation in itself. The entire community is beautifully kept and clean. It all added up to a lovely, peaceful getaway for all of us.
