This charming retreat is conveniently located less than a mile from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk and a short walk to the beach, with great restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby.

As you enter this air-conditioned charmer, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan with everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Wind down in the inviting living area, furnished with comfy chairs, a sofa, and a smart TV with streaming services to help you stay up to date with your favorite series. When you start feeling hungry, head to the well-appointed kitchen and surprise your family and friends with delicious homemade meals or snacks! The kitchen has all the essentials, so stock up on groceries on your way here. The pleasant dining area enjoys a formal dining table perfect for family meals and board game nights. Sliding glass doors lead you to a beautiful, bright sunroom with plenty of comfy seating where you can lounge and plan your adventures. From here, you can easily access the backyard, which hosts a private patio with a gas grill for summertime cookouts.

The primary suite overlooks the living area and has an en suite bath. Additional perks include four adult bikes, one child's bike, an on-site washer/dryer, a desk in one of the bedrooms, a portable playpen, three folding beach tables, a portable kids' pool, three beach buggies, 20 beach chairs, five beach umbrellas, and a wagon that converts to two tot-sized chairs.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
