    Om detta hem: Stuga-stil, två våningar 3-sovrum, 2-bad hem ligger i ett trevligt, lugnt samhälle - bara en cykeltur till stranden! Bra område för barn !!! Utvecklingen är längs Assawoman-kanalen med direkt tillgång och en båtramp. Fisk och krabba i vikarna norr och söder! Enheten inkluderar 8 cyklar och 4 kajaker!
    Sovrummet är på första nivån såväl som det i köket och det öppna vardagsrummet. Bara uppför trappan finns två stora extra sovrum och ett ljust badrum. Detta är en slutenhet med ett stort skuggat däck och mycket integritet.

    Inkluderar användning av 8 cyklar, 2 kajaker, solstolar, strandleksaker!

Great house, amenities and location! The house was exactly as described and perfect for a beach vacation. Plenty of room and very clean in a quiet community. Bethany Boardwalk and beach were a short (5 min) drive away. Bikes were enjoyed by kids and adults - thank you for the wonderful stay!

Good Time

Reminded me of good times on past vacations. So happy to have a great place to spend time with my family. The neighborhood is small and friendly and the house is cute with a well equped kitchen and working grill. Found that Fenwick State Park was the best bet for going to the beach--didn't want to walk on the highway with the children. Kids loved kayaking, playing games, and eating crab at a nearby restaurant.

Amazing stay

I love everything about this place. The location, the decor, the amenities...Definitely great for family and friends. We love having bikes and beach equipment available for us. It is such a lovely touch. The only thing I noticed is the house moves a little bit since it is a stilt house. I am not used to it and thought there is an earthquake, haha. Otherwise, we have all amazing things to say, and the owner of the house is awesome and very helpful.

Beach stay with the masses.

The house was clean and quiet. The bikes were rusted beyond use and the kayaks were full of spiders, mosquitoes and not near the water. So we were unable to use either.

Annual beach trip

We loved the house, access to bikes, and proximity to multiple beaches. We also took the kayaks out a few days snd we experienced the kindness of many in the neighborhood who helped us figure out good entry points. It was extremely hot the week we visited so the shadiness of the river/canal was welcome and we saw multiple herons each day. Our teens rented surf boards at Bethany Surf Shop Outket and had a blast surfing the z Indian River Inlet. All in all, great house and surroundings. Only issue we had was with the traffic on the road to enter and exit the cottages- nothing the owners can control- but not a great road to walk or run, which we all like to do without mhavong to drive somewhere. Thanks for a great place!

Great location, good for large families

We loved our stay! Six minute drive to Bethany Beach Boardwalk, we made good use of the provided beach chairs. Also had fun kayaking in the nearby canal. Friendly, quiet neighborhood with some good places to walk dogs. One note - the front door doesn’t lock from the inside. We have little ones so we blocked them from opening the door by dragging a chair over to it. We didn’t take the trolley but there was a stop in the next neighborhood over. Lots of bikes included, so this would also be great for a group of friends in their 30s who are want to be close to the beach but don’t want to be around loud parties.

Just what we needed...

We were happy to find this property for a few nights. My husband, my daughter, a few college friends, and me found plenty of room in this three bedroom home. And having a master suite downstairs and the additional two rooms upstairs gave us all the privacy we needed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything, including pots, pans, a blender, and cookie sheets. Pretty easy to get to the beach: my husband would drop the beach stuff off with me in the morning and he (and later the girls) biked over. If you're a walker like me, there's a walkable neighborhood across the street from the property's entrance (Black Gum Dr.). Having canoes, as well as access to the canal steps away, was a bonus -- something different to do on vacation. I recommend this property to families with kids of all ages.

Loved it!

Even before we arrived, the rental owners reached out and provided us with detailed information and answered all our questions. David is prompt, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as ideal as possible. The house is fantastic! Two car spaces below the house act as a garage, keeping cars nice and cool during the heat of the day. Everything was very clean and all supplies (tp, towels, kitchen essentials, etc ) well stocked. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the beach decor. But the beauty of this rental is all the outdoors equipment goodies! The 4 kayaks are in fantastic shape, the bikes were all brand new, the grill and picnic area was awesome and covered. Crab cages and hand lining equipment all supplied, all we had to do was get a license and bait at the local bait shop and we were catching crabs everyday! So much fun! And for families with young children, the subdivision where this rental is located is very safe, clean and well managed not to mention minutes from the beach! We had a blast biking, kayaking, crabbing, swimming in the ocean, and hitting the boardwalk. Time goes by so fast when your in a special place. Many thanks to the Klines for providing that experience.
