“Cool place great location. I’m sure it’s better amenity wise when the pool is open. Breakfast was help yourself to an egg and sausage sandwich from the fridge. The microwave is over there lol. It is what it is. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good. Location was the best part. For the money it’s a 3 1/2 to 4 ”

“The hot tub and pool were closed but advertised as opened. If I knew it was closed I wouldn’t have paid to stay here. Call before you go if you are interested in the amenities. The breakfast is not really good also.”

“This hotel is spacious and clean, offering a hot buffet breakfast for free and an indoor, heated salt pool. The parking is ample and you can walk to the pizza shop or sandwich deli. Because it is on the east side of route 1, you can access Lewes, the ferry, or Cape Henlopen state park without getting into traffic on route 1. Midweek prices are very fair, especially off-season. The staff is friendly and welcoming.”

They were kind helpful and went above and beyond to help is get settled and salvage this family trip from disaster”

“Location is about 1-2 miles away from the ocean so no "ocean view". We stayed a week prior to the "summer" season starting so parking was easy and close to your room. The rooms, grounds and amenities were extremely clean and well taken care of. Office staff were friendly and very helpful - tended to a small problem right away and very accommodating. Access to the highway and nearby stores was easy - but here again, a bit off-season, I would definitely stay there again.”

“Recently refurbished. Room was very clean except the ants were a problem in the room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Not much of a beach view but from the balcony we could hear and see the part of the ocean. Parking spaces were EXTREMELY small. The amenities were ok. We chose this hotel for the arcade and indoor pool because we took our grandchildren. Pool was very dirty and full of sand when we arrived. But all in all I would definelty stay here again. “Well I actually booked the room since it said room with balcony/terrace. The room do not have balconys nor a terrace- you have Access to a terrace. Also there was no soap (nor shampoo) in the room. Except from that the location is good and the people in the reception nice.”
