"I really like the rooms, the gardens, the breakfast. The pool was not clean, very “foggy” sadly as on visits before this has been the best part with the pool bar. I hope they do something about it. It’s a bit worn down but I don’t mind that, the lawns, gardens and the whole property is very beutiful. Also not far to go to palolem if you want to see some crowd. Restaurants at dinner time was very empty. Love to come back but the pool really needs to be taken care of regularly."

Had a five- year old with me who thrived. There is a little play area and the pool was perfect for her when the waves were sometimes a bit too rough and she was met with such kindness everywhere. Yet neither pool or play area overtook the very Goa- feel of the place. It was just cleverly placed. Took a Thai massage which was very good. Missed the yoga sessions because tricky with my child so maybe that is my one and only recommendation: connect a very simple nanny service to the place. Somebody to watch the kid next to you if you want to do an activity. (There is also a spa that looks fab) We will absolutely be back! "

I would like to specifically acknowledge Denzil and the other chefs, who did a great job from the very first day of our visit. Their effort, consistency, truly stood out. Although the resort is rated as a five-star property, the service in some areas did not fully reflect that standard. The staff appears to lack overall experience and confidence, which understandably comes with time and training. As examples: • At checkout, we were not asked about our stay or given an opportunity to share feedback, despite having stayed for 8 nights. • We had to remind the staff about our food and service discount, as it was not applied automatically. That said, I would still recommend this resort to guests who are willing to overlook these gaps, as the property itself has strong potential and certain teams are clearly doing a great job 👏 "
