“Great location - walking distance to the pier, to Great Orme, shopping centre, train station, pretty much all the main attractions. Excellent hosts - very nice family; accommodating to requests; provide tasty breakfast (coffee could be a bit stronger to be honest) - both British and Indian; and keep the place clean. The room was nice, clean, affordable and comfortable. A small thing - the bathroom could have made use of a shelf or two for space for personal toiletries. Highly recommend it.”

“Richard is very much the 'Host with the Most'. Very chatty and friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. He went above and beyond for us...Carrying our cases up to the top floor...And down again when we left. Plus he does a cracking packed lunch. Our room was more than adequate, comfy and clean. The only gripe from our point of view is that we'd prefer proper cups and spoons...”

“What a lovely stay! We were in Rm 9 with a sea view - the room is very spacious and comfortable. We had the perfect hosts and our breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice and cooked to perfection.”

“This is a fabulous little hotel and we were delighted with our three night stay. James and Amy are wonderful hosts who put their heart and soul into their place and nothing is too much trouble. Our room had plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. The common areas were lovely, and the breakfast was great. An easy 20 to 30 minute stroll to town, or short drive, so a great base for all that this region has to offer.”
