Other than the spa lady this morning around half 10 I wasn’t sure of her name, however myself and my husband were having a swim before we checked out at 11 and the spa was empty and we were laughing and told to keep the noise down in quite a rude manner. “Lovely hotel which we would definitely stay at again if going to Llandudno. Excellent breakfast served between 8.30-9.30 with wide ranging choice. Within easy walking distance of restaurants & sea front. Free parking is very useful. Lovely small bedroom, although bed was a little on short side for anyone 6 foot. All other rooms beautifully furnished. Staff were amazing. Internet access very good. One of best hotels we have stayed at which is high praise.”

"Dålig service i bar Merlin båda gångerna, servitörer stod och pratade med varandra lång stund utan att bry sig om kunderna. Falsk marknadsföring att sätta skylt med Happy hour vid hissarna när det bara gällde för ett våningsplan. Steak at Six var däremot superbt, med bra service av trevliga John. "
