The host is phenomenal. She promptly responded to all our questions and was very good at leaving instructions at the house on where everything was and how things worked. The house was exceptionally clean when we arrived. It is very well furnished and stocked with ample linens and towels. The kitchen is well equiped with all the things you expect from a short term rental. Having both a 12 cup drip coffee maker and a full size Keurig coffee maker was a nice feature. She even had a k-cup to use in the Keurig so that I could use my own coffee. All three TVs are smart TVs, and the one in the living room has a feature that will allow you to login to all of your streaming services and it will wipe out all of your personal info/passwords at the end of your stay. The house was perfect for the two of us. The second bathroom is small, but does have a shower. It was just two of us, so even though the house can accommodate a second couple, we weren't sure how that would work with the smaller second bath on the other end of the house from where the two bedrooms are located (assuming you prefer not to share a bathroom). The furniture is very comfortable and it was great to have a rocker and a recliner in addition to a huge sectional. The location is very convenient to all of the newer restaurants and shopping in LeCanto. Nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend this rental and host.
