“The house was everything we thought it would be, and more! We brought our boat, and it was so great to have it right there. And after a day on the water, it was so awesome to jump right into the pool. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was a few more kitchen supplies but we made do with what we had. ”

“Went down to Crystal River with a great friend to explore the fishing and scalloping on a last minute fishing trip. This place is perfect for two travelers. We each got our own room and shared the bathroom. There was enough room to park our truck and boat. Good location off of a main strip. Our host had great communication and even left some donuts for us during check in that came in handy when we were out on the water.”

“We had an incredible time at this Crystal River house! It was spotless, beautifully appointed, and truly felt like a home away from home. The kids were obsessed with the game room, and my girls especially loved the great selection of board games.After our scalloping adventures, the pool, fire pit, tiki bar, and fish cleaning table were absolute perfection. We also sincerely appreciated how well-stocked the kitchen was (just missing a strainer—but we made do!), along with the abundance of towels...

“We truly need enjoyed our week at this home. The view is beautiful and most of the week it was quiet and peaceful. During the weekend there was a lot of boat traffic but we enjoyed watching that too! We saw manatees almost daily swim by the house and the last 2 days dolphins swam right up along the wall of the property. We had a blue heron that visited us daily whom we named Ricky. “We stayed for a week. So much to do so much fun. The kids never wanted to leave the property. We swam with manatees, paddleboarded, kayaked, fished ,crabbed, went boat riding, ate only one night out at the Margaritta Grill..it is a must do. And came home exhausted, but so full of memeories made! Justin is amazing and so very nice, the house is in a perfect spot even for 4th of july crowds. Thank you for sharing your home!”
