“It was on the 4th floor without elevator. It looked new but if you look closer it’s a bit old. It was cleaned ok but not like a 4 star hotel would do. Short walking distance to knez mihalova and other restaurants. ”

“This is my second time staying here and it’s the only place I want to stay in Belgrade. It’s one of my favorite hotels anywhere. It’s an old world inn that is kept in immaculate condition. "Had a lovely stay! The hotel was clean, bright, close to central area, super helpful staff, beauitful rooms and spacious rooms. Whenever we had questions the staff was ready to help with anything and they all were very professional. "While the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to assist( 10 for their effort) the overall experience was quite disappointing. The cleanliness of the room could have been much better—there were carpet stains, dust in the corners, and hair from the previous guest left on the bed. Additionally, it was off-putting to see guests from the upper floors throwing cigarette butts out the windows,which ended up at our balcony.
The biggest issue was the lack of water in the room for over 10 hours due to maintenance. The hotel didn’t offer any compensation, not even extra bottles of water. Despite not being able to shower or use the toilet for such a long period, they still charged the full room rate, which felt unfair given the circumstances.
