“Despite checking in at 6 pm and telling them to put in an extra bed and towels etc when we returned at 10pm nothing was done. Old used soap was in the bathroom and no towels or extra bed was arranged: it was done after we came back. The blankets did not have the usual white linen covers and hence were very uncomfortable and itchy.
