Managed to use the gym, pool and steam room whilst staying at the hotel. When staying in Telford again i will make sure i book again at the Mercure. Very close to shops, restaurants and even a cinema across the road!â
âLoved our stay at here, staff were very welcoming and helpful and patient with our young Vizsla dog. Ideal set up for staying with a dog, with rooms located opposite site of the car park to the cosy pub. Food was excellent. Definitely would come and stay here again. â

âFantastic hotel and i will return, but on the two evenings there along with other guests we had to walk to find staff for drinks and there wasnt on numerous occassions anyone on reception. They seemed to congregate in the kitchen area. â
