“This place was very welcoming. The staff was helpful. The room was spacious. The air conditioner kept the room very cool. I would definitely stay again.”

“Very fine place for a vacation in Maine. Near to fine beaches. Had a little difficulty to find the place late in the evening but apart from that everything was super!!! Appreciated the picnic tables on the backside of the hotel near the heated pool.”

“It was very outdated. The room was so tiny. The walls and ceiling were peeling. The shower was so tiny. It was very outdated old not well maintained at all the pool water was all cloudy. I would not stay there again did not look like the pictures.”

“Our first room had ants crawling in it, the second room they assigned to us was not cleaned, and the third room had one bed that looked suspiciously dirty so we bit the bullet and slept in the other bed. Do not recommend this hotel. The walls were dirty and overall was odorous.”

“I liked the location. The room was a nice size as well. My big complaint is, we paid over $225 per night and they did NOT clean our room once. We stayed for 4 nights and asked each day for our room to be cleaned, but NOT ONCE.”

“This is the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that has asked me to take out my own trash, yet they still provided an envelope for housekeeping tips. Parking was very tight. Beds were terrible. It was like an old spring mattress on a platform from Amazon. The bathroom was TINY. They only provide local network channels, no cable. The photos don’t show the quality of the motel at all. The only positive really was the proximity to the beach and pier.”

“Came for a short weekend stay with family of 4. The room was a good size. The location was fantastic - steps to beautiful beach and easy walk to the pier with amusement park. The ocean view from our room was obstructed by one of the cottages and the property is older, but the beach location made up for it. We also enjoyed the beachfront hot tub and heated pool. Check in and out was easy.”

“Check-in was at four and then checkout was at 10… That’s a very difficult timeframe no time to enjoy the property. We paid extra to stay until 1130 and that was $25. Very nice property too bad it just wasn’t accessible for a longer stretch…it was nice, great location…they work hard.”
