Alongside a Neff hide-and-slide oven, microwave/combi oven, Smeg fridge freezer and dishwasher, you'll find the welcoming presence of a traditional Rayburn, casual seating and a Lavazza pod coffee machine for leisurely mornings.


For younger guests and teenagers, a hidden gem awaits below. Stairs lead down to a quirky basement games lounge, featuring a multi-games table with pool, air hockey and table football, plus a large TV and DVD player. This fun space is ideal for older children, though taller adults should note the restricted ceiling height.
