  • Denna rymliga ett sovrum en berättelse Barn har nyligen byggts förvandla den till en idealisk lyxig avkopplande semester för par. The Barns at High Park byggdes ursprungligen i slutet av 1800-talet och ligger i hjärtat av North Devon kusten. Det erbjuder enkel tillgång till stränder, hedar, kustnära vägen promenader, cykelvägar, golfbanor, trädgårds trädgårdar, barnvänlig roliga parker, och många andra traditionella utomhus och inomhus fritidsaktiviteter för dem som söker en riktigt avkopplande, men aktiv, bryta sig loss från stressiga dag till dag liv.

    Denna Barn ligger inom 14 tunnland privat mark med säker åtkomst via elektriska grindar. Inom skäl är en tillgänglig stor naturlig sjö med fantastisk växtlighet, över 200 fiskar och ett båthus.

    Ombyggd 2016, har denna ladugård en massiv ek-super king size-säng i sovrummet, alla nya massiva ekmöbler, lädersoffor, LED-belysning och golvvärme.

    Ladan är hundvänlig och du är välkommen att ta med dem på £ 25 för den första hunden och £ 15 per hund för varje extra hund.

Excellent

The stay at Molesworth Barn was excellent. The Barn is well appointed and well equipped. The addition of a beautiful pool and hot tub to use makes the setting and lovely relaxing break.

Classy place, excellent pool facility and great views.

Everything we could have asked for was available. We loved the pool facility and the views are to die for. The BBQ was a handy as was the proximity of the superstore/shops. Good restaurants in the general area and reasonably priced. Would book again.

Beautiful converted barn in a peaceful location.

We loved our stay at Molesworth Barn. It was spacious, clean, quiet, well equipped, comfortable. Basically the perfect stay! Brilliant that we could charge our electric car overnight too. Very convenient location near to large supermarkets but tucked away down a quiet country lane.

A lovely week

My wife, Labrador and I enjoyed a lovely week in Molesworth Barn despite not having the best weather. It’s well located to visit the many natural attractions along this special rugged coastline and beautiful beaches. The barn was in great condition and nothing was too much trouble for the owners who were more than happy to help out with advice and options of places to visit and dog walks. The fabulous swimming pool and hot tub was the real icing on the cake especially as the organisation enabled us to have plenty of time exclusively to ourselves-not the dog! All considered a brilliant week. We would thoroughly recommend.

Flawless New Years stay

High Park is our happy place, an oasis of calm, quiet beautiful surroundings yet close to amenities and the sea. A lovely welcome as always from Paul, top class accommodation that offers comfort and style. We love to plan our days around our personal private swim slot which adds a touch of luxury. Molesworth was a perfect setting for a chilled New Year’s break. Looking forward to returning.

Great Getaway

Very happy and would definitely stay again.

Spacious and well equipped barn with excellent bathroom and generally very comfortable and homely. Great location just a short drive to the main road network. Shopping and a selection of supermarkets only 5 minutes drive away. Perfect for EV car owners as good charging facilities. Nice swimming pool too.

Great place in lovely setting and great place for base.

Outstanding!

Location: perfect. You have everything you need at your door step. From super markets to pubs. Beach is less than 10 min drive away. Super dog friendly: there is a fenced off dog field, a little lake and access to several gardens. Heated pool and hot tube facility was phenomenal. We got to have a private evening swim with the lights. Just what we needed to unwind. Host was very welcoming and accommodating. Informed us when bookings left the property so we could enjoy the pool area. Overall it was an amazing stay and we will 100% be booking again.

Fabulous!

We can't fault our stay. It was 5* all round and we wouldn't hesitate to recomment ---a beautiful property with so many extra special touches --from the scones and milk on arrival to the swimming to the warm welcome. We loved our stay and so much to do in the area too. Many thanks for a great break!

Holiday

Just back from a lovely holiday at High Park farm just what we needed the accommodation was very clean and the cream tea left for us was yummy, the swimming pool and hot tub was very clean and we liked the fact there was a rota so everyone could enjoy it on their own. The Thatched Inn at Abbotsham was nice and we were made to feel welcome we had 2 meals there which were excellent
