“This is a great place to stay. Everything was outstanding. I had only 1 issue and that was just a slow draining shower. I told them at the front desk I was leaving for a bit and could they look at it. Indeed when I returned in 2 hours it was working fantastic. Room was very clean, shower was hot and had lots of pressure. I will stay here again for sure if I pass through Maine in the future. Very nice and courteous staff all the way around as well. Beats a lot of pricier hotels I have...

“The room was ok. Standard hotel room and clean. Staff were unhelpful, we stayed for a week and they had zero customer service. Getting replacement towels and toilet paper from the front desk they acted like it was a huge inconvenience to them. The first night my kids went in the pool and found a piece of glass in the pool. When they let staff know they were told they check the pool every night so there wasn't anyway that was in there. Basically insinuating that they were lying about finding...

“Stay was great. Room suited our needs. My only complaint is that there were 3 of us staying in the room. After a long day of travel we all wanted to shower and discovered there were only 2 towels in the room. I thought perhaps they made a mistake and didn’t realize there were 3 of us when they cleaned the room. I mean 2 towels even for 2 people staying for 3 nights seemed inadequate. When I reached out reminding them there were 3 of us and 2 towels they stated their policy was 2 towels per room...

“This place that I stay should not have a Hilton in its name. It was very disappointing, dirty hallways dark the breakfast was a joke. I will make sure Neva stay a sparkle deal again.”

“there were only sheers on the windows, no curtains! Sun woke me up at 5 am - I've never been in a room with no curtains. I did not use the amenities or eat breakfast at hotel. It's very dated, and I didn't feel comfortable; wouldn't stay again there's too many nicer places in the same area.”

“I was a solo traveler, here for a few days, and I was glad when I arrived to such a clean, tidy room. I was pleased with the control of room temperature I had and how there was always someone to talk to at the front desk. The only odd thing was my room had shampoo and bath soap but no regular hand soap to use at the sink. I would love to stay here again.”

“Very fine place for a vacation in Maine. Near to fine beaches. Had a little difficulty to find the place late in the evening but apart from that everything was super!!! Appreciated the picnic tables on the backside of the hotel near the heated pool.”
