âThe hotel was great, room was clean, a/c worked very well. But especially we loved Donna at the front desk. She added the specialness of the hotel. She gave us all sorts of suggestions and was friendly and wonderful! Also, we took her advice to try out the Portage restaurant on premises and LOVED it... try the appetizers, they were amazing!â
