“Average hotel, it was clean and front desk people were amazing. Centrally located. Downfall which is why it’s a 1 star, went to work- came back and housekeeping cleaned my room and threw everything out clothes, medications, cosmetics ALL of my personal belongings. House keeping admitted to them they did throw half of it out but not the rest. Hotel manager said they would view the footage and call me with resolution, no phone call at all. “We enjoyed the breakfast (nice selection) and the room was clean. We were disappointed that not all the bathroom 'fixins" had been refreshed and our sink did not drain. We also do not understand the bathroom 'barn doors' as it offers no sound privacy at all (why does the whole room need to hear everyone's bathroom business). We did like the large room but it was large enough for a couch and none existed. Thankful for the super friendly staff - really nice folks!!”
