Management needs to get their act together and they need to hire better housekeeping, or hire housekeeping period. There were giant roaches (?) in my room. I wasn't expecting much for a Studio 6—I am no stranger to a motel—but this is abysmal. Don't book here.”

“The room was disgusting. There was a strip of paint coming off the ceiling, there were whiskers in the sink from someone shaving, there were clumps of hair on the floor, hair on the sheets and pillowcases, there was a part of a wrapper on the floor from the bar of soap, a hair tie on the floor, when I turned the shower on, black particles came out of the faucet, and the entire room was generally dirty. In order to close the shades, I needed to use a clip from the hanger to keep the shade closed....

“The hotel was nice, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the only thing I didn't like was they took 100 dollars for incidentals and only gave back 71 after telling me that I would receive the whole 100 dollars back.. I think for a regular hotel, 100 dollar incidental is a bit much when I can go and stay at a Hampton Inn only pay 40 dollars for incidentals...”

“They had to change our room during late night after we had complaint on AC, but new room didn’t had enough amenities of microwave, stove and big refrigerator. We had to run to lobby to use microwave even for warming up milk. Staff had to consider this and please take care of maintenance. Apart from this bad experience, everything was good.”

“This place should not even be open for business. Shame on Expedia for even allowing it on their site! If it wasn’t so late I would have gone somewhere else. The place is in complete disrepair, they do claim to be “under renovation” but I highly doubt it, it’s more like a demo project. “Bed was dirty looked like not made Shower very low water pressure”

“Great everything but wish the breakfast was a bit better.”

“AC unit didn’t turn on, beds had large stains under the sheets, windows had calcium and large mold build up on them. There was a bunch of homeless people around and place was very dirty. Sad.”
