Jerry does a great job communicating with you from the very first message and throughout your stay. He handles any issues immediately. The layout of the home gives everyone privacy and space. The view is fabulous. The pool is incredible. The pool house is fun to hang out in and has a beauful view. The kitchen is well stocked and the ice maker was a fabulous bonus! Fishing poles were fun...

“We had a wonderful stay at this home. There were 13 of us who stayed here. The house worked perfect for us. Our favorite room was the screened in porch in the evenings. The kitchen has a lot of counter space for all our daily cooking Plenty of bathrooms to accommodate us all. Location was great for grocery store, things to do and taking the pontoon boat out. Already booked for next year!”

“Everything about the condo and complex are lovely. My visit was the week after spring break ended and there were times when it felt as though we were the only ones in the building. I will say if you are going there to swim in the ocean, that is the only drawback to the property. The water was beautiful to look at but not to swim. However, after going to public beaches on Marathon and Key West, it seems that might just be par for the course.”

“Rich and Laura provided a wonderful property for our stay in the Keys. It was a quick and enjoyable 30-minute drive to Key West. The resort was beautiful and we could see the canals and a quick golf cart ride to the big water. Wish we could have stayed longer. If I dreamed up the perfect beach house, this would be it! “My daughter and I stayed in Cudjoe Key to be close to Key West. The location was good. The unit had everything we needed both inside and out. We grilled and cooked which was great. The beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate and excursions were cancelled so we spent more time in Key West than we had planned. But the unit had lots of games and the TV had the tennis channel which was very nice. All in all, it was a good time.”

“We stayed for a week in May! The location was great! The house had pretty much everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The pool was awesome! We paid for the heat in the hot tub but didn’t need it! Lots of seating outside. The ceiling fans on the lanai were great! They had so many towels! They do require you wash towels (that aren’t part of everyday use in the bathroom) but that was no big deal with the stackable washer and dryer in the house.”

“Absolutely lovely property. The only thing we regretted was not having more time to spend there. We loved the nearby restaurant called “The Boardwalk Pub & Grill. They have a very friendly staff and they’re very accommodating in the changes they make to their menu.”

“We are pop up campers, so the RV was quite a step up and a perfect match for us. Only really spent the nighttime and morning hours in the RV. Bed was super comfy and CLEAN (a big plus for me as I am very picky). Quiet neighborhood. Slept like a baby. Was confused about the toilet and paper so we used the resort’s restroom. Would definitely book here again.”
