Welcome to our meticulously restored MASSSIVE 5+ bedroom, 2 full bath Victorian-style home on the Riverwalk! Experience the elegance of stunning turret architecture, spacious rooms, and the inviting allure of a well-appointed 3 seasons room for relaxation and to unwind.

Hemlock Park, Muskegon River, and White Pine Trail are nearby. Perfectly located within walking distance of downtown. Spectrum Hospital is 1 min away, and Ferris State University is just 2 mins away. Book now and relish historical charm with modern comfort!

Bedrooms: Rest easy in 5 bedrooms featuring 5 queen-size bed.

Living Room: Unwind on comfortable sofas in this cozy space.

Bathrooms: Including washer and dryer, with laundry supplies.

Kitchen: Utilize stainless steel appliances: microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and an updated deep sink. Ample pantry/cabinet space available. Basic dishes, utensils, and glasses provided.

Dining: Gather in a lovely dining space with seating for 6.

Sunroom: Relax in the sun-filled space.

You will have full access to the entire property, with the exception of the basement (which is a crawlspace), the attic (not suitable for living), and a designated supply closet specifically for the Airbnb cleaner to prepare for each booking.

The basement, attic, and supply closet are securely padlocked and will not be accessible during your stay, ensuring your utmost comfort and privacy.

We had a fantastic girls weekend at the house. This is the absolute perfect location being walking distance from downtown and Hemlock Park. We loved everything about it. It was spacious and perfect for a large group. Mike was also a great host and quickly answered all questions. Hope to stay many more times in the future!

Good space with lots of historical character. We used it well for our pre-xmas family gathering. Good location for downtown and the river walk. Comfortable beds, plenty of parking. Fairly well stock w/dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.Kind of sparsely decorated and the furniture is a bit too small for such large rooms. Could use spare chairs and blankets in the bedrooms. Back bedroom is unheated. Some small details need to be worked out like doors latches, towel racks, kitchen organization, etc. Cleaning crew could do a little better in the kitchen. Expect road noise from M20.Hoping this is an on going project house and the minor things are addressed as we plan to stay again.

Graduation weekend

This is a stunning home that was perfect for my large family. The water was frozen upon arrival and our host quickly found us another home for the busy until it was fixed. My daughter was able to get beautiful graduation pics in the house. We had a fabulous time with plenty of bedrooms and space for games. We will be back

Had a 5 day stay at the property. House is spacious & clean, within walking distance of local restaurants and 5 minute drive of the main drag with chain restaurants and shopping areas. Host was quick to answer questions. Would stay agin if in the area.

We were in Big Rapids for the State golf tournament and stayed at the house with the 5 sets of parents. The house was well located and offered enough privacy for those that wanted it, and enough space for us to socialize together. The only negative comment that I can make is there wasn't enough comfy furniture for lounging with this big group. Everything else was great!! Thanks

Fresh updates made to the house while keeping its original character. Tons of room. Very clean. Close to campus. Could be a little more "chill" space...larger couches in common area to gather for renters. Overall great price and place to stay.

Minimal seating, 2 small sofas for five bedrooms. No lighting in living room. This property has a lot of potential… as we think it’s a new VRBO. Overall, it’s clean, safe, spacious.

Unique and comfortable stay

If you love architecture, this is the place to stay! I could not stop admiring all the intricate wood work that was preserved when the house was updated. So spacious for my group and very comfortable. Planning another getaway in the spring and hoping this will be where we call home for the weekend.

Alumni weekend stay

Overall good stay at this place. We had some issues with the furnace, but Mike did his best to make sure that someone came over right away to look at it right away and without being able to get it fixed, was able to place some heaters to make sure we are comfortable throughout the rest of our day. I would assume this is a one time occurrence.. the house is very comfortable and accommodating as we had five people stay in all of the rooms. Large tv. The only thing missing were coffee cups as we were able to make coffee and ended up using our yetis so it all worked out. We look forward to booking it for the same time next year with the same group.. thx.
