“We booked this cabin during a trip to Chippewa to visit family in the area. While the place was small, it was perfect for my husband and I, and our Australian Shepherd. The view from the couch looked directly onto the lake, and the location was easy to find. There was one central AC unit, but it kept the place cool. “We had a great time staying here, Angie the host was excellent! Great story behind the property, a wonderful work in progress! We had a wonderful time fishing the river and exploring all around! Can't wait to go back in a few years to see how the place has come along! We left some painted stones at our cabin, hopefully we can find them when we come back! “Very nice little cottage right on beautiful Chippewa Lake. Everything you need in a home for a great relaxing weekend. Chippewa Lake is incredibly quiet, we stayed the weekend before 4th of July and rarely heard or saw anyone! The house was fully stocked, including a paddle boat, kayak, and paddle boards. Hosts also have a second main home on the property and were readily available if necessary (but kept to themselves after an initial greeting). Definitely recommend!”
