“Great place that’s family friendly. We loved the dock access. Neighbors are friendly as well. The couch turns into a bed so that was a plus for our group. The only thing we recommend is to have more bedding available such as blankets etc..”

“House has an amazing view of river and surrounding hills. Much thought has been given to the outdoor appeal. Enjoyed watching tv in evenings and gazing at sunset from porch. Very private and quiet. The home inside is arranged for family and offers tv viewing for every member with own set. My favorite is the rainfall showers. We went for relaxing getaway. People with water and sand toys have everything to enjoy in surrounding area.”

“The location, views of the River, and comfortable patio furniture were Wonderful! Hopefully they will update the patio photos on their website because we packed a lot of unnecessary stuff. The tiny house was clean however there was a lot of dog hair on the couch. The host did not respond in a timely manner for some of the questions we had, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed the patio and being right next to the boat launch!”

“We had a great time at the Road Runner Resort. The house was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Would have loved to spend time on the upper deck, but it was a bit cold and also the chairs were dirty. I can see how, as there are birds everywhere and it would be impossible to keep it clean. We were glad there weren't a lot of people as we happened to be right next to the pool and it might have gotten noisy, but would still have been fun! The only thing is if you like to sleep past 8am,...

“Communication was excellent, booking was a very easy process. Only had issues with the heater in the casita which was a bummer because it was pretty cold but the unit had plenty of blankets. Was a lot of sand on the couch when we got there, tried to vacuum it up but the vacuum doesn’t seem to work. Other than that great stay and was very comfortable & can’t beat the view & location. ”
