“This place is amazing. Waterfront and dock area is huge and beautiful. Easily accommodated our ski boat and sit down jet skis. Rooms are so fun and super clean and cute. Each had private door to river, beautiful views of river, small kitchen in each and bathroom in each. The outside patio area was covered and had sunshades and was set up like a huge outdoor living room just off the suites. There was a large lot across the street to easily park our two trailers and room for cars there and...

Some of our favorite spaces included the dining area and family room for eating, playing board games, and lounging. The kitchen was fully equipped and had nice counter space with a roomy refrigerator. The home itself could use some tlc in some areas like screens, deck awning, and cushions for the deck patio...

“Fantastic location, is roomy, and is very close to the water and Havasu Springs. They have a little dock which is pretty cool.”

“The house was cute, could done without the things hanging in the bedroom. There were no instructions for checkout until after we had already left. Door from main bedroom to bathroom is extremely small. Bathroom mirror on separate wall from sink was ackward for curling hair and doing makeup. It was a great size for family. Loved sitting out on the patio. No backyard for dogs so I wouldn’t recommend taken a dog with you. Not much parking but there’s additional parking a little way down the street....

“We had a great family trip at the river house! There was plenty of room for our group of all ages. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock and the deck area with BBQ was great too! We had just enough beds with one teen on the sofa bed (no complaints!). The river views are awesome from the living room and kitchen area. We brought our jet skis to enjoy the river and although the water was pretty low the boat ramp was a little tricky but once you launch you can leave the skis in the water until it is...
