All inclusive-hotell i Big Spring

“I’ve traveled several times between Texas and Santa Fe, NM. Each time I have stayed here. I travel with my cat and this hotel accepts pets for a $25 fee. The beds have platforms that go all the way to the wall so pets (and small children) can’t get under the bed. Staff is always friendly.”

“Public restroom in lobby area is "out of order" and, according to the front desk clerk, has been that way "for some time" with no definite date for repair. As a result, we were left no choice but to use the room they assigned for an urgent restroom visit. Upon seeing the room, we realized it was not as pictured on the Expedia website, there was no "laptop-friendly desk space" as described & there was barely enough room to squeeze between the furniture & the end of the beds. “Staff was ok didn’t take long to check in, the problem arose when I walked in to our room. At first it seemed clean enough. Later on I went to the bathroom and there was a cockroach on the counter . Gross but I didn’t make a big deal about it .around 5am i Went to the restroom, I turn the light on and there’s at least 5-6 cockroaches scattered around the bathroom! Honestly got my wife up and we left immediately. Truly disgusting”

“This is a gem in the middle of Southwest Texas. It is worth it to plan your trip so that you can spend at least one night at the hotel. It has been beautifully restored and the rooms are very comfortable.”
