“We really liked the property and ir is well maintained, but the 10th floor rooms are in desperate need of refresh. The 10th floor rooms do not reflect the ambiance of the rest of the resort. When you arrive at the resort you immediately get the impression of a luxurious hotel that carries from the entrance to the desk, to the pool area, the restaurants, and the lobby, but when the rooms on the 10th floor you immediately notice that the rooms no longer represent the luxury of the rest of the...
