“We stayed here with my once a year visit with my daughter living in New Zealand and my daughter living in DC. The 3 bedrooms gave us lots of space and the hot tub was great for family chats. The decor and color schemes are delightful..all my favorite colors! The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and there was a washer and dryer on site for use when necessary. The furniture was comfortable. The host responded promptly to phone calls and there were games and toys for kids. All in...

“Really enjoyed the property especially the close beach access.”

“Having a list of instructions for the washer, TV, stove etc would be helpful. Yes we can figure it out but always good to have instructions just in case. Also, there were no instructions for check out. Were we to strip beds, put trash at curb, etc. A list of nearby attractions, restaurants and things to do is always a nice touch.”

“What a wonderful stay we had at Amelia Island! The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed from cookware to spices. Our communication with the owners was excellent! Highly recommend this home, our family had a wonderful week!”

“Our stay was excellent. I would stay at this location again.”

“Everything was great”

“Very cozy and felt like a home away from home. Izzy was kind and helped with any issue I had. I would definitely start again.”

“Great location! It was so nice to have this sanctuary to get away to but yet not be in total isolation. Cute house and amazing views! Just beautiful. My dog and I also had the best night's sleep there! Great beds! Owners were very communicative and accommodating. I am so grateful.”

“Our stay at The Bond House was exceptional. The house itself was beautiful, and exceptionally clean—which says a lot coming from me, because I’m a huge stickler when it comes to cleanliness! My family of four had such a wonderful stay and loved all the activities around the property. From the vintage Street Fighter game in the garage (a huge hit with my 7-year-old) to the putting green that my 3-year-old, husband, and I all enjoyed, there was something for everyone. We also loved relaxing in the...
