“Hotel was so dirty, our room had a decent amount of mold in the bathroom. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and loose, everything, even the picture frames were nasty. We stayed cause they had a hot tub, and the kids wanted one, and we went there, hot tub had no water, and was dirty, the pool was ice cold, so we could swim, and the pool area was dirty. The toilet in our room was so loud constantly because the plunger in the tank wasn’t sealing, so it’s constantly filling, so I opened the tank...

“We didn’t end up staying it was so bad. Dirty, run down, looks nothing like the pictures. Construction going on that was not mentioned in the listing, nails all over the parking lot. Room is very small. Tub had cracks and mold in it. Do not expect any sort of refund, Expedia spent 4 days trying to get ahold of the hotel manager, he just ignores them.”

“Sink started to fill up anytime you used it. The shampoo and conditioner are in pouches instead of bottles. And the blankets were covered in holes. Property also doesn't have an elevator and we had to walk up 3 floors to get to our room with kids. The vending machines did not work and they only took cash for any drinks.”
