“The staff here is always really friendly and accommodating. The room is very comfortable and the bed for sure is the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on! The daily breakfast and hours for such are a GREAT amenity and one of the top things I look forward to staying here. The walls at this property are better than other hotels as well, I was not disturbed by outside noise hardly at all. I will certainly be staying here again more than once!”

“When we saw this hotel online, we were drawn to the unique style. Just going to Springfield for a one day birthday outing and the hotel gave it a special feeling. Loved the pool area with all the trees and plants! The room was nice and spotless! Breakfast was the best we had ever had in a hotel. Would love to visit again.”

“Check in went well and staff was very courteous. The bathroom tiled mop board was very dirty and collected with dirt/dust. Ants crawling on the bathroom sink. You could feel the coils in the mattress. Breakfast was okay but no fresh fruit or yogurt. Breakfast staff very polite and cordial.”

Rummet är fräscht men det finns små tecken på tidens tand så tillexempel på lädret i fåtöljen. Irriterande är ljudnivån från luftkonditioneringen. Om man har en svit undviker man det likaså ljudnivån från kylskåpet som är en undermålig GE konstruktion som inte dämpar ljudet tillräckligt för att vara placerat tillsammans med...

“Solo traveler….clean room-friendly staff. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and I wasn’t a fan of the towels. Quiet property close to the airport.”

“I’d love to give a better rating, the staff was friendly and helpful. Offering breakfast and had a laundry room and pool. The property is very close to other nice establishments. But I do believe I encountered an issue with bed bugs during my stay, I have multiple bites and found one crawling on me. At first I believed it to be a tick and later found out it resembled a bed bug more.”
