“Great personal service. Clean room and cozy pool area with christmas decorations. Many food places nearby.”

“Spacious family room with good facilities. Very helpful staff. Nice outdoor area with bbq facilities and a dining table. Pool was dirty when we arrived so we couldn't use it during the two nights stay, but it was cleaned on the morning we left. ”

“Our room only had one queen bed even though it was booked for a family of four and should have contained two queen beds. After talking to reception we got a new room with a sofa bed for our kids.”

“I was charged $200 holding fee on a $100 overnight room, copy of license and credit card was supplied as well. Will I stay there again? NO Will I recommend them? NO The can of insect spray on the bathroom window sill was a bit disconcerting as well ”

“Clean and spacious room. A little outside of the city centre, bus stop a couple of minutes down the road, however buses only depart once an hour 9-5 or less. Perfect location if you have your own car. Had some time to spend in Bundaberg after checking out and the kind personnel let us store our luggage during the day. Great stay, highly recommend it!”
