Andelslägenheter i Bintan Island

“Very nice and clean hotel. Was very quiet when we were there. Rooms have a balcony with view of the beach and pool. Close to a very good golf course even if the greens were very slow during winter. Hotell staff is very serviceminded, great breakfast.”

“I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did. The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind. It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang. What stood out most was the service....

“Très agréable”

“The rooms were beautiful and modern in an outdoor setting. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. Both our early arrival and our late departure were no issue. Messages were answered promptly on WhatsApp, and ferry terminal pick up/drop off were seamless. Location was excellent - within walking distance of the beach, Lagoi Plaza and Lost in Scale Park and just a short drive to the ferry terminal. The in-room breakfast was also delicious! Lunch at the restaurant was...

“Amazing villas over the sea, must visit”

“Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window.”

“Bring mosquito spray for use during the evening. Ask for upper floor room, they have big window. Do spend time at de Cafe, we had a pleasant time up there. Wifi reception was spotty.”
