“Convenient hotel for BC village and ski lifts. Large rooms, nice breakfast and convenient boot room and lockers on site. Slightly older property but well maintained. Access to the park Hyatt spa, gym and outdoor hot tubs is real bonus - those amenities are excellent.”

Cozy room and lobby, and really enjoyed the water machine in the lobby as well as the coffee every morning in our hallway. Enjoyed the hot tub and heated boot racks as well! Only complaint is the ski out was completely icy and difficult to navigate in ski boots- it felt like an accident waiting to happen!”

“This is a lovely little Inn right next to the river. They serve a nice breakfast and I really enjoyed the cozy sitting area in the lobby with a fire. It Was very peaceful UNTIL my last night when the Fire Alarm went off 3 Times !! 7pm, 9:30pm & 11:40pm..... there was no fire. It was a surprise to the staff as well as the guests and went on for a very long time. I spoke to the front guest on check out about some kind of compensation for this Major disruption. I was told my number would be given...

“The staff at this place are extremely unprofessional. I forgot my wallet in the hotel safe, called two days later and was told that housekeeping said the safe was open and empty. Asked for manager to call me. Manager called and said they discovered that security had it (two days later still hadn't turned it in!). They said they would mail it to me. I had to pay UPS $30 for shipping, and a week later they still had not shipped it. They asked me to pay an additional $10 for UPS to come pick it...
