“As a repeat customer at Grand Chancellor Launceston everything was as expected ,very good ,,,, when it was time for bed we were very surprised as the bed was also host to a lot of ants ,, after some time later we relocated to another room this was a big inconvenience as I am a disabled person,,,, I thought this would have at least have been a very sorry apology from the management, but did not happen ,,quite disappointed,, ( 27 may. room no 1017 ,) thank for allowing me review my experience....

“Värdera det pris du behöver betala för boendet mot att det är slitet och mycket lyhört. Med bil kan läget vara bra men utan är det otympligt med 3 km till centrum och kommunikationer som kan kräva taxi. Men taxikostnaden är inte väldigt mycket över bussbiljetter för två.”

“good stay for the price. They work till late on many days - that was a plus so easy to check in. Lots of parking. Lots of places to eat at around the area and they give you a discount if you order food downstairs at their bar and give you a free drink voucher - was good. Overall the facilities were well maintained. I didnt hear any noises, no bad smell or anything like that. The only issue was that my window were looking at their A/Cs which would make some noise but was acceptable if the windows...
