“From arrival we felt comfortable and welcome. The cottage and surrounds were very special. The owners have put a lot of thought into comfort and enjoyment for their guests. After taking in the initial beauty and serenity of the place we entered to find a bucket of feed with which to feed the goats. “We stayed in the Monash Cottage as it is pet friendly, this was a major attraction for our stay. The Monash Cottage is quite a rustic building with a unique history, however the basic nature of the building won’t be for everyone. But it worked really well for our purposes and would stay again. This site is an interesting piece of living history in a rural setting.”

“Loved the relaxed nature of the stay, we really relaxed and the children enjoyed the animals. We took a while to get used to living closely to neighbours but we all respected each other and it wasnt noisy - the frogs sang at night and alpacas wandered up to say Hello.
